		Chideock - Quarr Lane Footpath, Bridport, Dorset Topographical land survey adjacent to the A35 near Chideock for the proposed new public footpath up to Quarr Lane. The survey produced plans and a 750m long section to enable design and planning of the works.
		St Aubyn Church, Devonport, Plymouth, Devon Measured building survey to provide floor plans, elevations, cross sections and long section for refurbishment of grade 2 listed building. Part of Devonport regeneration project.
		West Somerset Railway turning triangle, Norton Fitzwarren, Somerset GPS surveying of site, design and setting out of track alignment for a new turning triangle to allow locomotives to be turned around.
		Dolphin Inn, Newton Ferrers, Devon Measured building survey to provide floor plans, elevations and cross sections.
		Devonport Guildhall, Plymouth, Devon Full measured building survey to provide floor plans, elevations and cross sections for extensive refurbishment of grade 2 listed building. Part of Devonport regeneration project.
		Exeter Sub-Station Setting out checks for major extension to National Grid sub-station near Exeter.
		Chapmanswell Caravan Park near Holsworthy, Devon Topographical survey to produce plans for District Council licence and drainage scheme.
		Brownsea Island, Pool, Dorset GPS check of datum level on island for contractor building new slip-way.
		Manor House near Tavistock, Devon Topographical land survey of manor house and grounds, including location and identification of all trees on the site suitable for landscaping work to be undertaken.
		University of Plymouth Endsleigh Place Development Positional quality checks of 6 storey concrete frame building. As-constructed drawings for main contractor
		Listed Barns near St Austell, Cornwall Measured building survey of 4 no. listed barns including full architectural elevations and floor plans.
		Farm near Camelford, Cornwall Topographic land Survey of farm, out-buildings and fields.
		Drakewalls Mine, Gunnislake, Cornwall Extension to existing land survey in area for re-development
		House and Outbuilding near Sidmouth, Devon Topographical land survey of house, outbuilding and surounding land to allow re-development
		Large Manor House near Launceston, Cornwall Measured building survey to produce 1st floor plan for alterations to floor layout.
		University of Plymouth James Square Development. Establishment of survey control. Set up coordinated setting out file for building groundworks and upload onto contractors EDM. Carry out initial set-out before handing over to contractors engineer. Positional quality checks and as-constructed drawings for main contractor.
		University of Plymouth Roland Levinsky Building Establishment of survey control. Set up coordinated setting out file for building groundworks and concrete frame. Monitor groundwork and concrete frame sub-contractors setting out. Carry out positional checks of structure at all stages of construction.
		Rocky Pindar Boatyard, Plymouth. Establish survey control. Set out piled foundations, ground beams and steel frame building.
		Bedford Hotel, Tavistock.  Survey of enclosed courtyard at rear of hotel to produce achitectural elevations.
		Large Country House, Dartmoor. Measured building survey of a large Victorian house including full elevations, floor plans and cross-sections.
		Riverside house near Saltash, Cornwall Land survey of house frontage that has been subject to erosion by the river Tamar.
		Trenance Housing Development, Lamerton, Devon Setting out for estate road and houses.
		Coronation Park, Launceston Land survey of wooded plantation and surrounding houses adajacent to park.
		Farm near Tedburn St Mary Land survey of farmhouse, out-buildings and surrounding land.
